Aristo has designed and built thoughtful homes and communities in Rochester and along the Finger Lakes for over 30 years. Dwell is Aristo’s unique approach to explore more intimately sized living spaces and density without sacrificing quality, natural light, high-end detailing, or design.
Jennifer Townsend is also a Rochester native. She grew up in Fairport and went on to receive her JD from Syracuse University School of Law, is a licensed attorney in New York and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS). In 2015, Jennifer joined Aristo heading up Business Development and guides the Company’s focus on creative and sustainable land use. She lives in the Village of Fairport with her husband and two children, Henry and Georgia. Jennifer currently serves on the Town of Perinton Sustainability Advisory Board, and the Board of Directors for the Breast Cancer Coalition of Rochester and the PathStone Foundation.
Nicholas Haralambides is a Rochester native. He grew up in Fairport and went on to earn a BS in Finance from University of Connecticut. He joined Aristo in 2004 and manages all aspects of estimating and construction. He is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) and is a Certified Green Professional (CGP). Nicholas lives beside Aristo’s Hickory Woods community in Fairport with his wife Kristina, two sons Max and Myles, and Vizsla Cooper.
Stacey Haralambides graduated from the Syracuse School of Architecture and is a Registered Architect in New York. He is member of the National Association of Home Builders and serves on the Rochester Home Builders Association Board of Directors. He is an active member of a National Builders 20 Club that serves as a board of advisors to Aristo. Stacey lives in Aristo’s Woodcliff Community with his wife Martine and Australian Labradoodle Morgan.
